How to Make Carrot Barfi at home easily in 2020
It
is very easy to Make tasty Carrot Barfi with less effort in this
situation. You just have some tips and tricks to stay healthy and also
eat delicious food. So stay safe and Eat Tasty food.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of grated Carrots
- 1/2 cup Semolina flour(Suji)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar or Natural Sugar
- Some Dry fruits
- 2tbsp Ghee
- Pinch of Cardamom powder
Method:
- First of all, cut the dry fruits into small pieces.
- Next take Desi Ghee or ghee on the pan and Heat it.
- Then add the Semolina flour and saute them well until it turns to light golden colour.
- Next add the grated Carrots or Gajar.
- Then add the Sugar into the mixture and saute well.
- Next you can add the small pieces of dry fruits to the mixture and stir well.
- After that add the Milk to the carrot mixture and cook it well until the liquid little bit dried up or evaporated.
- Then add a pinch of Cardamom powder and mix well.
- After that, the mixture will turns into thick and starts smelling good.
- Then, Turn off the Flame and put the Carrot mixture to a large plate.
- Spread the mixture evenly and garnish with some dry friuts.
- Then cut the mixture carefully in the shape of Barfi and decorate them with your favorite roasted dry fruit.
- Then set the mixture in a refrigerator for about 30mins.
Health Tips for Today:
Do not use Refined sugar to make Carrot Barfi,
as it is not Good for health. In taking refined sugar can cause High
Blood Sugar, can increase bad Cholesterol and increase unwanted fat in
body.
So
instead using refined sugar, you can use natural sugar like Mishri, of
Jaggery powder, etc. to make the barfi as tasty as that one made using
refined sugar.
