Chicken biryani recipe, How to cook chicken biryani
Recipe
First you wash the rice well and soak it in water in a pot for 30 minutes.
Then you have to marinate the chickens for it.
Ingredients
1. Basmati Rice (400 gm)
2. Chicken (300 gm)
3. Onion paste (2-3 tbsp)
4. Kashmiri Red Chili powder (1 tsp )
5. Ginger paste ( 1 tbsp)
6. Garlic paste (1 tbsp)
7. Briyani Masala
8. Salt (1 tsp)
9. Boiled Potato (2-3)
10. Milk (2 tbsp)
11. Boiled egg (4-5)
12. Saffron
13. Sliced Onion
14. Oil
15. Ghee / Butter (1 tsp)
16. Salt
17. Kewra water
18. Garam Masala
Add 2 tbsp onion paste, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and 1 tsp ginger paste, add ½ tsp Briyani Masala, 1 tsp Red chili powder, 4 tbsp whisked yogurt and add 1 tsp salt. All Ingredients mix very well. Once marinated, keep the lid on for 30 minutes.
Next boil enough water to cook rice. Add into 2 tsp salt. Then add soaked rice, add some Garam masala, when the rice should be 70% to 80% boiled. It will probably take 10 minutes.
Take it down and drain the water.
When the rice is crispy, put it in two separate containers do half and half,
Now you boil five eggs and four potatoes.
And mix it well with some saffron in two tablespoons of hot milk
Now lightly fry the boiled potatoes in hot oil, after frying, put them in a
pot. In the same hot oil, fry two sliced onions, put them in a pot after
frying. Add a teaspoon of ghee to the oil and add whole garam masala and cook
for a few seconds. Once the spices are fried, then add the marinate meat and Biryani
masala cook for 10 to 12 min. now reduce the heat and cook the chicken for
another 10 minutes. Then add the boiled potatoes in it and Add one tsp kewra
water, mix well and Switch the flame.
Preparations are done, so let’s start layering the biryani.
Take a fresh pan, add few clarified butter and spread it evenly.
Add half of the cooked rice for the first layer. Next for second layer, add chicken pieces, gravy and potato. Sprinkle some fried onions, 1 / 4 briyani masala, few saffron soaked milk. 1 tsp rose water and add ½ tsp ghee / clarified butter. For the next layering, add the rest of the cooked rice. Add boiled eggs; spread the rest of the saffron milk over it. Sprinkle fried onions. Some tsp rose water and add 4-6 drops of Attar and 1 tsp ghee.
Finally, call the pot of Biryani in a good way so that it smells like rice and
open the door after 30 minutes.
